cancellation policy

All bookings are subject to a free cancellation and rescheduling prior to 24 hours of the booking time.

Any rescheduling will be valid for 90 days.  This may be extended, subject to managerial discretion.

We are unable to offer a refund on bookings.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for any vouchers purchased.
