cancellation policy

All bookings are eligible for free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

Rescheduling Terms:

• Rescheduled sessions must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.

• Customers must provide a new preferred date and time within 7 days of requesting to reschedule.

• Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.

• Requests made less than 24 hours before the session time are not eligible for rescheduling.

Arrival Policy:

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time to allow for check-in and safety briefing.

All sessions run back-to-back. Late arrival may result in your session being shortened or cancelled, and in such cases the booking will be treated as completed and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Refund Policy:

We are unable to provide refunds on:

• Session bookings

• Gift vouchers​

Any extensions beyond the 90-day validity period are strictly at managerial discretion.
